Quva to acquire Aalterpaint from Creafund.

Synopsis

Quva, a privately held investment company, agreed to acquire Aalterpaint, a provider of customised functional coating solutions, from Creafund, a private equity investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are thrilled to partner with Aalterpaint and look forward to supporting its continued growth and success,” Jan Nelissen, Quva CEO.
