Foodtastic completed the acquisition of Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill.

Foodtastic, a franchisor of multiple restaurant concepts, completed the acquisition of Shoeless Joe's Sports Grill, a restaurant chain. Financial terms were not disclosed.
