Aramex, a provider of comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions, agreed to acquire MyUS, a provider of shipping and package forwarding services, from Palm Beach, a private equity investment firm, and Logisticap for $265m. “MyUS's business and expertise are a natural extension of our solutions, a complementary to our flagship product- Shop & Ship, and we see significant benefits to be derived from this acquisition.
