Accenture, a multinational professional services company, agreed to acquire Allgemeines Rechenzentrum, a technology service provider focused on the banking sector in Austria, from Immigon Portfolioabbau and Hypo Tirol Bank. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Our vision is to develop an innovative cloud-based banking platform-as-a-service offering for new and existing clients across Europe.
