SkyKnight Capital, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire Dermatologists of Central States, a dermatological clinic chain, from Sheridan Capital Partners, a private equity firm, for $367m. “I want to thank Sheridan for their knowledge and support in building a scaled patient-centric organization.
