Sdiptech, a technology group, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in e-l-m Kragelund, a manufacturer of forklift attachments. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The underlying market for efficient material handling solutions is steadily growing and is driven by increasing e-commerce and global trade.
