Honegger to acquire the Suisse business of Groupe Onet.

Honegger, a facility management services provider, agreed to acquire the Suisse business of Groupe Onet, an engineering consulting services provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the takeover of FM Services from Onet (Suisse), we are further expanding our activities in western Switzerland.
