Convini Sverige, a food, coffee, and coffee machines producer, completed the acquisition of HelloFreshGO, a smart vending machine producer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Germany is a strategic market for us and the acquisition of HelloFreshGO is an important part of our expansion plans.
