DASA, a medical diagnostics company, completed the acquisition of Laboratório Lustosa, a developer of laboratory medicines. Financial terms were not disclosed. Laboratório Lustosa is a provider of lab diagnostic solutions in Minas Gerais, Brazil, offering a wide range of testing solutions to more than 300k patients annually. Lustosa’s portfolio is made up of laboratorial, genomic and Covid-19 exams, as well as vaccination services, which are offered through its 26 units and home care.
