Re.Group completed the acquisition of Polytrade for $175m.

Re.Group, an operator of recycling and resource recovery company, completed the acquisition of Polytrade, a developer of a blockchain-based trade finance platform, for $175m. “We deliberately established Re.Group as a values-led organisation, seeking a balance between people, the planet, and prosperity.
