Guardian Capital completed the acquisition of Precision Roll Solutions from May River Capital.

Guardian Capital, an investment advisor, completed the acquisition of Precision Roll Solutions, a full-service provider of highly-engineered precision roll solutions and related process componentry, from May River Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are very excited to partner with the PRS leadership team.
