Freedom Electronics completed the acquisition of ESCO Services.

Freedom Electronics, a supplier of new and remanufactured retail petroleum parts completed the acquisition of ESCO Services, a supplier of retail petroleum products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “ESCO is a very well-respected company with a long history. Both companies share the same values of providing outstanding customer service and a high level of urgency to our customers.
