Fagor Automation completed the acquisition of a majority stake in FR Engraving.

Fagor Automation, a manufacturer of automation and machinery control product, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in FR Engraving, a manufacturer of engraved substrates. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The majority stake in FR Engraving is related to our innovation strategy, which in recent years has been aimed at focusing efforts on our core technologies. This operation will help us to strengthen the development of new measurement substrates to complete Fagor Automation’s wide range of products and further improve their performance,” Jose Emilio Oti, Fagor Automation R&D Manager.
