Hartree Partners completed the acquisition of the remaining 25.5% stake in Sprague Resources for $130m.

Hartree Partners, a global merchant commodities firm, completed the acquisition of the remaining 25.5% stake in Sprague Resources, a provider of storage and handling services, for $130m. The closing of the transaction takes the Partnership from a publicly traded company to a private company solely owned by Hartree, and the Partnership’s common units will no longer be listed on the NYSE.
