CPS Solutions to acquire Trellis from Francisco Partners.

CPS Solutions, a provider of enterprise pharmacy solutions to hospitals and health systems, agreed to acquire Trellis, a technology-enabled specialty pharmacy services provider, from Francisco Partners, an investment firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to welcome Trellis to the CPS family.
