Renta Group completed the acquisition of Uprent from BaltCap.

Renta Group, a Finnish construction-machinery and equipment-rental company, completed the acquisition of Uprent, a company in specialised pumping in the Baltics and Poland, providing dewatering and bypass solutions for construction, water management and manufacturing companies, from BaltCap, a private equity and venture capital investor. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We consider specialised pumping a highly attractive niche rental segment, where Uprent is the clear market leader in the Baltics and Poland.
