Hub International completed the acquisition of Alexander & Company.

Hub International, a provider of insurance broking and advisory services, completed the acquisition of Alexander & Company, an operator of an employee benefits advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Drawing on a breadth of expertise, diverse skills and experience, Alexander & Company will definitely benefit our clients as we continue to grow our employee benefits capabilities in the region.
