Breedon Group completed the acquisition of Thomas Bow from Nottingham City Council.

Breedon Group, a vertically-integrated construction materials group, completed the acquisition of Thomas Bow, a civil engineering company, from Nottingham City Council. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We have been working successfully in partnership with TBL for the past four years through our joint venture, Breedon Bow Highways Limited. We are pleased to have this opportunity to continue to grow our presence in the East Midlands and secure a route to market for Breedon's upstream surfacing materials. In addition, we are delighted that Alistair Bow will be continuing as Managing Director of TBL, along with his senior team," Breedon.
