Carro, a Southeast Asian online used-car marketplace, agreed to acquire a 50% stake in MPM Rent, a car rental firm in Indonesia, for $54m. “We remain steadfast and committed to investing and advancing our business in Indonesia despite the uncertain global macro environment,” Aaron Tan, Carro CEO.
