Descartes Systems Group completed the acquisition of XPS Technologies for $75m.

Descartes Systems Group, a Canadian multinational technology company, completed the acquisition of XPS Technologies, a provider of ecommerce multi-carrier parcel shipping solutions, for $75m. "XPS complements our significant recent investments in the ecommerce fulfilment and shipping space.
