Stifel completed the acquisition of ACXIT Capital Partners.

Stifel, an independent investment bank and financial services company, completed the acquisition of ACXIT Capital Partners, a corporate finance and financial advisory firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Today, we are taking yet another significant step toward extending our global investment banking franchise.
