Eptec Group completed the acquisition of Corrosion Control Engineering.

Eptec Group, a provider of asset preservation and maintenance services, completed the acquisition of Corrosion Control Engineering, a cathodic protection specialist. Financial terms were not disclosed. Eptec and CCE have worked successfully together over many years with common safety, values, people and business drivers and our key teams already know and trust each other. It was this past history and strong personal relationships that paved the way for a successful transaction. The combined businesses will offer clients complete end to end cathodic protection solutions whilst offering staff greater career path development opportunities.
