Nucor to acquire Steel Utility Structures and Sovereign Steel Manufacturing.

Nucor, a manufacturer of steel and steel products, agreed to acquire Steel Utility Structures and Sovereign Steel Manufacturing, producers of metal poles and other steel structures. Financial terms were not disclosed.
