HQ Equita-backed EBERTLANG, a distributor of infrastructure software for system houses and it service providers, completed the acquisition of Achab, a specialist for IT-infrastructure and security software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The company’s pan-European expansion, also significantly beyond the DACH region, is one key component of our growth strategy.
