HQ Equita-backed EBERTLANG completed the acquisition of Achab.

HQ Equita-backed EBERTLANG, a distributor of infrastructure software for system houses and it service providers, completed the acquisition of Achab, a specialist for IT-infrastructure and security software. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The company’s pan-European expansion, also significantly beyond the DACH region, is one key component of our growth strategy. With our acquisition in Italy, we are targeting another European market for the first time, which, in terms of market- and partner-structure, shows significant parallels to the DACH region. This allows us to fully exploit our known strengths,” Philip Weber, EBERTLANG CEO.
