Assured Healthcare Partners to acquire California Specialty Pharmacy.

Assured Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire California Specialty Pharmacy, a provider of specialty pharmacy services and products. Financial terms were not disclosed. “White Oak’s flexible structure and determined approach were critical for us in the process and will enable us to continue to efficiently scale our business.
