Yildirim Group completed the acquisition of NewCo Ferronikel from BALFIN Group.

Yildirim Group, a holding company, completed the acquisition of NewCo Ferronikel, an operator of a nickel production plant based in Kosovo, from , an investment group. Financial terms were not disclosed. With this acquisition, YILMADEN Holding consolidates YILDIRIM Group’s investments in the metals and mining sector. The company is the 4th biggest player in the global chrome business, the seconds largest producer of high carbon ferrochrome.
