Oaktree Capital, an American global asset management firm, agreed to acquire The Specialist Group, a staffing provider of technical engineering specialists, from Parcom Capital, an investment company in Amsterdam. Financial terms were not disclosed. "In Oaktree we found a partner that can help us accelerate our strategy, adding scale, diversification and complementary offerings to the existing platform of TSG.
