Cegid, a cloud business management firm, completed the acquisition of Wittyfit, a SaaS platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With the acquisition of Wittyfit, Cegid consolidates its investment strategy and its leading position in the Human Resources and Talent Management market in the cloud.
