Trescal, a provider of calibration services, completed the acquisition of CRT Cleanroom-Technology, an operator of cleanrooms. Financial terms were not disclosed. “These acquisitions embody our will to further develop our services for life science and food and beverage clients. Together, these industries will represent close to 25% of our sales by the end of 2022," Guillaume Caroit, Trescal CEO.
