TA Associates-backed AffiniPay completed the acquisition of MyCase from Apax Funds.

TA Associates-backed AffiniPay, a provider of digital payment solutions, completed the acquisition of MyCase, a legal practice management software company, from Apax Funds, a global private equity advisory firm.
