Lazarus, an Investment company, completed the acquisition of a majority stale in Stockholm Repairyard, a shipyard, from Gotlandsbolaget. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We have seen a positive development of Stockholm's Reparationsvarv during our years as owners and would like to thank CEO Staffan Röberg and all employees in the business for a very good collaboration. The yard will be further developed under the new owners who contribute with new skills," Hakan Johansson, Gotlandsbolaget CEO.
