Lucy Group completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Flashnet from Engie Group.

Lucy Group, a diversified international group specialising in power distribution, smart lighting and real estate, completed the acquisition of an 80% stake in Flashnet, a provider of internet services, from Engie Group.
