Synopsis

M&G-backed Infracapital Partners, a private equity firm, agreed to acquire the remaining 37% stake in Fortum Recharge, a public charging point operator, from Fortum, an energy company, for €80m. “Decarbonisation of the transport sector will play a vital role in achieving Net Zero and we see further growth in the company which will create value for our investors,” Christophe Bordes, Infracapital Managing Director.
