Bien'ici completed the acquisition of Habiteo.

Bien'ici, a real estate company that uses 3D mapping technology for a unique user experience, completed the acquisition of Habiteo, a supplier of full web solutions that optimises the marketing of new real estate properties. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The acquisition of Habiteo was a very natural move as we share the same values and vision. The ambition of our new group, with a turnover of €40m and 170 employees, is to become the leader in real estate search thanks to a unique user experience.
