GuS Glass + safety, a firm specialized in developing and manufacturing periscopes and bullet-resistant glass, completed the acquisition of Lucius & Baer, a manufacturer of visual display and monitor solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. This strategic acquisition and the co-operation of both companies presents technical synergies and expands portfolio - from classic tank periscopes to comprehensive optoelectronics.
