Genstar Capital completed the investment in AmeriLife Group.

Genstar Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in targeted segments of the financial services, healthcare, industrials and software industries, completed the investment in AmeriLife Group, a specialist in developing, marketing, and distributing life and health insurance, annuities, and retirement planning solutions. Genstar Capital joins existing sponsor Thomas H. Lee Partners as an equal investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
