Genstar Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Cerity Partners, a financial and investment advisory firm, from Lightyear Capital, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are excited to partner with Kurt and the entire management team at Cerity as they continue to scale and drive value for their clients.
