Yanolja Cloud, a cloud-based hospitality solution provider, and BlueBasket, a food distribution company, to form a joint venture Gusto X, a FoodTech company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We will create a new global F&B value chain that combines SaaS solution technology and experience, and plan to lead the Southeast Asian F&B market starting from Singapore,” Yeojin Kim, CEO BlueBasket.
