AddSecure, an European provider of secure IoT connectivity solutions, completed the acquisition of Lund ProgramArkitekter, a company that develops and sells IT systems. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Lund’s ProgramArkitekter and their business fits in very well with AddSecure as many of our existing Smart Rescue customers use their services. Through the acquisition, we will continue in accordance with our strategy and strengthen both our offering and our expertise in software services.
