EQT Exeter, the real estate investment management arm of EQT, completed the acquisition of a 110,000sqm logistics park in Gdańsk from Invesco Real Estate and Panattoni, two real estate developer. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Polish market continues to experience strong demand for prime logistics properties.
