Entain, a sports betting, gaming and interactive entertainment group, completed the acquisition of BetCity.nl, an online sports betting and gaming operator, from Sports Entertainment Media, a sports and entertainment business, for $893m. “We are delighted that BetCity is joining Entain and are excited by the significant opportunities in the newly regulated Dutch market.
