TWINNER, a developer of scan sensors and software, completed the acquisition of SHI Scalable, a Hungarian hardware manufacturer. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition enables TWINNER to expand its portfolio and produce vehicle scanners in-house. The company also announced expansion into further EU countries, Japan and the US market and is set to continue its international growth strategy.
