Refuel, a retail and wholesale fuel distribution and convenience-store business, completed the acquisition of 11 Fast Break convenience stores and four company-owned, dealer-operated locations of Embark Energy, a wholesale and retail fuel distribution and c-store chain. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The Ali family has built a wonderful company in an incredible market over the past 26 years.
