Arjun Infrastructure completed the acquisition of Extra MSA Group from M3 Capital Partners.

Arjun Infrastructure, an asset management company, completed the acquisition of Extra MSA Group, a developer and owner of strategically located Motorway Services Area sites, from M3 Capital Partners, a private equity real estate investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
