Converge Technology Solutions, a software-enabled IT & Cloud Solutions provider, agreed to acquire Gesellschaft für digitale Bildung and Institut für moderne Bildung, full-service IT suppliers for education, and DEQSTER, a producer of equipment for digital learning and working.
