Komatsu to acquire Mine Site Technologies from Odyssey Private Equity for $175m.

Komatsu, a construction equipment manufacturer, agreed to acquire Mine Site Technologies, a developer of network infrastructure, from Odyssey Private Equity, a private equity firm, for $175m. By adding MST Global's experience and expertise in the introduction of communication devices and optimization platforms, Komatsu aims to enhance the speed at which it offers advanced technology solutions, including the automation and teleoperation of mining equipment underground.
