Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, a producer of dairy products, agreed to acquire the Landliebe brand and three German production facilities from FrieslandCampina, a multinational dairy cooperative. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are convinced that this acquisition will be highly complementary to our successful dairy portfolio on the German market and will make a positive contribution to the growth course of Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller,” Stefan Müller, Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
