Imker Capital Partners to acquire a minority stake in SAP Fioneer from Hasso Plattner Foundation.

Imker Capital Partners,an investment company in London, agreed to acquire a minority stake in SAP Fioneer, a software company in Walldorf, Germany, from Hasso Plattner Foundation, an independent non-profit institution, established as a foundation under German civil law. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We are happy to welcome Imker as a new investor, as they share our vision for the future of SAP Fioneer and fit very well with our long-term agenda," Dirk Kruse, SAP Fioneer CEO.
