Erhvervsinvest, an equity capital base private capital firm, completed the acquisition of Tjellesen Max Jenne, a pharmaceutical logistics and value-added service provider, and ReaMed, a specialist provider of non-pharmaceutical products and services related to diabetes patients, from McKesson, a healthcare company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
