United Partners Investments to acquire INTRAC from BaltCap and Nalka.

Synopsis

United Partners Investments, a Baltic investment company, agreed to acquire INTRAC, a distributor of machinery for forestry, construction, agriculture and industry in the Baltics, from BaltCap, a private equity and venture capital investor, and Nalka, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Marko Tali, investment partner and board member at United Partners, said the INTRAC Group is an attractive investment with great potential for further growth. The acquisition of Intrac allows UPI to achieve synergies in the Baltic heavy and light equipment market.
